Itinerary Planning
Initial Consultation: To get started, you may want to first fill out the questionnaire below. It will take about 10 minutes to fill out, and it will give me a comprehensive understanding of what you're looking for out of your trip. After review, I will reach out to you to discuss.

If the questionnaire is too daunting, feel free to shoot me an e-mail or give me a call, and we will take it from there.

Pricing: After our consultation, I will do some preliminary research and provide you with a quote for my services. This will be based on the trip length and the complexity of the itinerary you're looking for. Please keep in mind this is a professional service fee separate from the cost of your actual trip and is non-refundable.
Planning & Booking: Throughout the planning process, I will be in touch with you to run some activities, hotels, etc. by you. Your explicit approval is of course required before I book anything. If you live in the Red Bank, NJ area, I am also happy to meet face to face to discuss.
Travel Documents: Once everything is booked and your trip is mapped out, I'll send you over a gorgeous itinerary and any other documents you need for a well-prepared trip (Itinerary, Overviews, Tips, Things to know, Packing list etc.).

HOTEL BOOKINGS:

If you don't want to deal with the endless pursuit of trying to find the perfect hotel or cruise, I got you covered!
​
Most importantly, when it comes to making these bookings (hotel and cruises), I DO NOT CHARGE A FEE! This keeps me active with my clients, keeps me current with different cities/destinations, and I usually receive a small commission from the hotel, so it's a win-win for both of us.
​
As far as prices go, I will work to get you the best deal out there. The rates I receive are always equal or better than those you will find online, so don't hesitate to contact me for your next trip!

FLIGHT BOOKINGS:

When it comes to booking flights, there are two situations where flight bookings are included at no additional cost:

Hotel Bookings Over $5000
Otherwise, I charge $50 per passenger per roundtrip flight. For multi-leg trips, I charge $20 per leg per passenger.
